Stichting HALO Trust Europe was established as a non-profit foundation on 23 December 2019 in The Netherlands. It is an independent legal entity with its own constitution as a foundation registered with the Chamber of Commerce (RSIN: 860766500).

Remuneration

The Stichting is governed by a Supervisory Board, with a Management Board overseeing the daily management of the organisation. Supervisory Board positions are not remunerated other than for the reimbursement of reasonable travel and subsistence expenses. Management Board and staff positions are remunerated and are compensated in accordance with the Dutch Labour Law and HALO Trust internal personnel policies and procedures

Annual Accounts

Stichting HALO Trust Europe will publish its first Annual Accounts in 2021.
