Admir Berisha
HALO Kosovo National Program Manager
As Kosovo’s National Program Manager, Admir Berisha, 31, is responsible for coordination of HALO’s activities with the Kosovo Government and liaising with donors. Admir has been with HALO since 1999 when joined as Logistics Officer. Promoted to Program Administrator and then Program Manager, Admir takes on a number of roles including specific project management, coordination with NATO/KFOR and liaison with the National Mine Action Authority and Ministry for the Kosovo Security Force.

Hekuran Dula
HALO Kosovo Operations Officer
Hekuran Dula, 32, first joined HALO Kosovo in 1999 as an interpreter and then mechanical unit section commander. He is now Kosovo’s Operations Officer responsible for all demining and battle area clearance. Hekuran took a year out from HALO in 2003 to work in Iraq with DCA as a Team Leader and Liaison Officer, before rejoining HALO as a Location Manager with HALO’s Mozambique program in 2005, returning to the Kosovo program in 2006.

Agron Boshtraj
HALO Kosovo Location Manager
Agron Boshtraj, 36, is HALO Kosovo’s Location Manager and Administrator, responsible for the day-to-day running of the HALO Gjakova base, fleet, finance and stores. Agron has also been with the program since 1999 starting off as an interpreter / driver. Agron spent one month on HALO’s Angola program in 2007 assisting with expansion of a new compound in Huambo. Agron doubles as mechanic’s assistant and logistics support to help the smooth running of operations and the beginning and end of the demining cycle.
