HALO Colombia Program Manager
Helen has worked for HALO since 2004, managing demining operations and surveys in Angola and Mozambique. She was the Program Manager in Mozambique and had primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the program’s mineclearance and WAD operations. Helen is now the Program Manager in Colombia. BSc (hons) Natural Sciences.
